I bought and built our business on a USRC that I bought 2nd hand. Though I was not the original owner USRC has always helped and supported me thoroughly, quickly and professionally. Thankfully in just over 10 years I’ve only needed support twice and both times they were there for me. I will 100% but my next roaster from them without question. They’re built like a tank, they keep my specific roaster’s schematics on file if I ever need help. Dan and his team are truly great to deal with and I’d highly recommend them. 👍 👍
Got some coffee here at the recommendation of my friend. I like how small and cozy the establishment was and the Far Side cartoon that referred to nervous dogs. There's a very simple thing you do here and that is buy coffee that was very recently roasted. I look forward to drinking the dark blends that I purchased over the next few days.
Horrendous customer service. Did not help me when trying to locate my serial number to gain a manual, I was ignored for several months. Upon following up they added additional costs that were not discussed in the original inquiry. The roaster itself works well but is a pain to service, for example: one panel having different size bolts. I would not recommend them based on customer service alone. I have never worked with such an unhelpful company in my life.
We've had our roaster for 13 years. Dan and his crew work HARD for their customers. We have one of the early models of the power burner roasters. Every issue and question we've been able to get resolved or been pointed in the right direction to get it resolved.
I have three of their grinders and have have been trying to get new burrs for 3 weeks. I called to check on them and they could not tell me when i could expect them. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE.
Been dealing with US Roasters since 2005 and never had any problems until now....Don't know if Dan is still around.
